Integrate your Endpoint - and become compatible with the shared services.
Your equipment stays technologically independent. To the MDM, you expose only the standardised interfaces: EULYNX SDI for diagnostics, EULYNX SMI for configuration, plus Secure Component interfaces where required.
Implement your own Endpoint
- Implement EULYNX SDI, EULYNX SMI and/or Secure Component interfaces as needed - capabilities are independent
- Keep your backend technology (MQTT, proprietary bus, etc.) entirely behind the Endpoint interface
- Same architectural role as the OEM kit - no special-casing in the central MDM
Use the OEM Integration Kit
- Ready-made Endpoint reference implementation, deployed close to your Object Controller or backend
- Standard interfaces face the MDM; your side connects via a simple protocol (e.g. MQTT) to your controller
- Fastest path to a conformant integration - ideal if you don't want to build SDI/SMI yourself
A common platform for diagnostics, configuration & security
Railway components participate in the MDM through Managed Entities - an abstract set of integration capabilities implemented by a concrete Endpoint. Each capability is independent and maps to exactly one standardized interface.
Live & historical diagnostics
Exposes structure, values and events so the platform can collect, aggregate and historise them.
EULYNX Standard Diagnostic Interface
Diagnostic structure, live values, events and history from a Managed Entity via OPC UA.
Managed configuration lifecycle
Exposes preload and activation operations, driven by versioned, dependency-aware configuration.
EULYNX Standard Maintenance Interface
Preload and activation, currently on SMI BL4R4 (Subsystem/Item), with a planned BL5 evolution - both baselines can coexist.
Shared security services
Consumes common cybersecurity capabilities - identity, certificates, secure logging, time synchronization, network access.
Secure Component Interface
Identity, certificates, secure logging and network access through the platform's shared security services.
All three interfaces run on OPC UA (IEC 62541) as the shared transport protocol - not a separate, fourth interface. Connections can be established by the MDM or initiated by your Endpoint (Direct & Reverse Connect); client/server roles stay fixed either way, so firewalled equipment is no obstacle.
Integrate once. Reach every operator.
Your equipment joins through the same standardized interface as every other supplier - regardless of which operator runs the platform.
Let's talk about your integration
Whether you're an operator, a supplier, or a system integrator, we'd welcome the conversation.
